At Antique Lamp Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your restoration projects. If a part doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring delicate glass shades or brass components are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package back to our warehouse using a trackable carrier of your choice.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our specialists inspect the returned parts, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
